● Clicking it will take you to https://parcelsapp.com/ where you simply enter the RECEIVED TRACKING CODE exactly and click "Send." In a few moments, the shipment details will be visible on the screen, including for subsequent checks.

● ATTENTION: All shipments are made from BRAZIL via the Brazilian Post Office to the destination address using the "EXPORT INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS" service.
● Please note that the average travel time for products shipped from Brazil to North America and Europe is 15-21 business days after receiving the package tracking code.
● NOTE: However, adverse factors, such as delivery impossibility due to weather conditions, strikes, national holidays, etc., may add a few more days to the product's delivery time.
